Application of the general terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products presented on this website (www.silkmood.fr) by Silkmood.
These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time without prior notice. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The parties agree that the contract formed by these terms and conditions of sale is governed by French law.

Offer validity
Our offers are only available to consumers with a delivery address in mainland France, Corsica, and the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
The items offered on the website www.silkmood.fr are available while stocks last.
In the event of payment for an unavailable item, Silkmood undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 15 days.

Product prices
Prices, order summary and invoicing are done in euros.
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (TTC).
The VAT amount is displayed when the customer selects a product. Any change in the VAT rate will be reflected in the prices without prior notice to the customer.
Silkmood reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the prices displayed on the Silkmood.fr website, based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Product presentation
The description of the products offered for sale on the Silkmood.fr website is done with the greatest care, with photographs, property of the brands, illustrating the products in support of the text.

Secure ordering and payment

Pay in advance (bank transfer)

If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 days to receive your payment, and shipping will take longer.
For faster delivery, we recommend that you send us the bank receipt by email.
Your orders will be reserved for you (maximum 7 days).

Pay via PayPal:
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be immediately redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and confirm the payment. It only takes a few minutes for us to receive the payment.

Pay by credit card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue cards.
Payment on Silkmood is completely secure. All data is protected. We have absolutely no access to your bank details; they are transferred securely and in encrypted form to our bank.


The customer confirms their order as described below. This confirmation implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Orders will only be processed after payment has been accepted.
When placing their first order, the customer fills out a form containing the following information: title, last name, first name, full delivery address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. It is at this time that the customer creates their password.
A customer wishing to purchase an item described on the Silkmood.fr website follows the process below to place their order. After clicking the "confirm" icon and verifying the order details (color, quantity, size, price, etc.), the customer confirms their selection of the product(s) by clicking again.
If the customer benefits from a special offer, they must first enter a code that will have been assigned to them in the field provided for this purpose.
The customer has the option to pay by credit card or by Paypal directly on the site.
After validating their payment method, the customer definitively and irrevocably confirms their order with the elements indicated below.

Order confirmation
After your order is registered, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you do not receive an email within one hour of placing your order, we recommend contacting customer service at info@silkmood.fr to check that there was no problem with the order process.

Default on payment
Silkmood reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to validate an order from a customer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or who is in a payment dispute.

Payment security
To ensure secure payments, the Silkmood website uses the secure payment service of Atos Worldline SA/NV bank. This service incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted to the bank's server.
Once the order is validated:
The payment request is routed in real time to the secure online payment manager.
This sends an authorization request to the bank card network.
The online payment manager issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction.

Identification
A customer who has already placed an order on the Silkmood.fr website can choose a password which will allow them, on subsequent orders, to avoid having to fill out the forms necessary for placing the order.
A customer who is already registered is recognized on the site as a Silkmood customer.
The Silkmood customer password is personal and strictly confidential.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out with our partner DPD and Bpost.
The costs charged to the Client are as follows:
• Flat rate of 6.95 euros per order
• Free for orders over 69.90 euros.

Delivery costs may be revised downwards or upwards depending on price changes from our service provider DPD and the POSTE.

Delivery times
For orders containing in-stock items, packages are shipped the same day the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and special notification). Preparation and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods. Silkmood.fr cannot be held responsible for any force majeure event beyond its control that delays delivery.

14 DAYS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You can examine the item for 14 days without obligation. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days, provided the item is returned in its original packaging. The trial period begins the day you receive your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their tags intact, and in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled). Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Please note that during sales periods the return period is 7 days.

Exchange and return procedure:
-Write to info@silkmood.fr to notify us of your return, and indicate whether it is a request for an exchange or a refund.

-Add the invoice received in your package or write your name and order number on a separate piece of paper.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a tracked or registered shipping method.
It is strongly recommended that you keep the receipt provided by the postal service. Silkmood.fr accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during the transport of the package.

You will receive a full refund if the error is ours or due to a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return. The refund will be issued via your original payment method. The amount will be credited either directly to your credit card account (you will receive an email as soon as the refund is processed), which takes approximately 2-3 days to appear in your account, or via PayPal. We process refunds based on the return date.

IMPORTANT: Returns sent collect or cash on delivery are not accepted. The customer is responsible for obtaining proof of return, which means that items must be returned with signature confirmation. All return shipping costs and risks remain the customer's responsibility. For example, if a customer sends a return shipment of clothing in a stamped envelope and it is lost, Silkmood will not be obligated to issue a refund. Due to numerous lost envelopes, we strongly recommend sending items back with signature confirmation.
